These general terms and conditions of use and legal information (hereinafter, “General Conditions” regulate the relationship between the user beneficiary of the MyMediaConnect referral programme and RINO BLANCO, S.L., the company that develops and market MyMediaConnect, (hereinafter RINO BLANCO) with Spanish VAT number B5502072 and registered office at CALLE GRAN VIA, NUM. 6 PLANTA 4, 28013 MADRID - (SPAIN).

The communication of the personal code of the user of MyMediaConnect to a third party (another user or company) implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions by the user. These terms and conditions incorporate our privacy policy.

1. PURPOSE

Any user of MyMediaConnect can access the MyMediaConnect rewards programme which aims to encourage existing users of the platform (hereinafter Referrals) to recommend MyMediaConnect to other users/companies (potential clients) to whom the Platform may be useful, in exchange for a reward.

2. REGISTRATION

In order to become a Referral it is essential that the following requirements are met:

- Be an active user of the MyMediaConnect platform.

- Communicate your code (personal and non-transferable) to users/companies that may be interested in the MyMediaConnect Platform. From such communication it is understood that the Referral accepts these general conditions (including our Privacy Policy). The Referral guarantees that all the data regarding their identity and legitimacy that appear on the MyMediaConnect Platform are true, accurate and complete. Likewise, it undertakes to keep its data updated at all times.

At any time, the Referral may exercise their rights of access, rectification, portability, forgetfulness, opposition and, where appropriate, cancellation, by writing to RINO BLANCO at rgpd@rinoblanco.com with their details.

In the event that the Referral provides any false, inaccurate or incomplete data or if RINO BLANCO considers that there are reasonable grounds to doubt the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of these, RINO BLANCO may prohibit the Referral from using therewards program.

3. RUNNING OF THE REWARDS PROGRAMME

When a user of the platform decides to become a Referral, they will find a personal code in their personal space that will be offered to potential new users/companies that may be interested in the MyMediaConnect platform. If the new users, recommended by the Referral, are interested in benefiting from the services offered by the MyMediaConnect platform, they should indicate their code when requesting information (demo) of the platform in the contact form that they will find on the MyMediaConnect website (www.MyMediaConnect.com). If the Referral prescribes the MyMediaConnect platform to a user/company that RINO BLANCO considers to be a potential customer, the Referral will be rewarded by RINO BLANCO with an Amazon gift card valued at €100. RINO BLANCO commits to reviewing the prescriptions within a maximum of 5 working days and if it determines that the potential customer requesting the demo is qualified, it will reward the Referral. If the company finally hires the services of the MyMediaConnect platform to RINO BLANCO, the Referral will receive as a reward another Amazon gift card worth €1000. RINOBLANCO reserves the right to modify the above rewards and the new rewards mustbe similar to those offered in these conditions.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE REFERRAL

Referrals and new users agree to diligently observe these Terms of Use and are

responsible for:

- Provide accurate and updated information in any communication with RINO BLANCO.

- Not to use personal data, both of the User or third parties, containing sensitive information relating to identifiable or identified persons, such as, for example: racial origin; membership of a trade union; religion, ideology or sexual orientation; health data; or data relating to criminal records, proceedings and penalties or fines arising therefrom or breach of monetary obligations.

- Not to use false identities or impersonate others in the use of any of the services of RINO BLANCO.

- Abide by the Privacy Policy of RINO BLANCO and not violate the rules governing the

protection of personal data.

- Not to destroy, alter, use for use, disable or damage the data, information, programs or electronic documents RINO BLANCO, its users or third parties.

- Prohibition of recommending the MyMediaConnect platform to Group companies where

the Referral works. If one of the Group companies hires the platform, there will be no

reward for the Referral.

- Rewards are subject to the tax obligations determined by the legislation in force at any

given time. In this sense, the repercussions on the Referral's tax obligations shall be borne by the Referral and RINO BLANCO is relieved of any liability. Those who fail to comply with such obligations shall be liable for any loss or damage caused. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RINO BLANCO shall not be liable for any consequence or damage that may arise from the unlawful use of rewards. Furthermore, the Referrals will indemnify and hold RINO BLANCO harmless from any claim, liability, costs or expenses by any third party, including costs and fees for legal services arising from or related to any breach of these terms and conditions or any violation of applicable laws that such third parties may commit.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF RINO BLANCO

5.1 RINO BLANCO may not suggest to a Referral that for the benefit of third parties contracting the platform:

- Violate the applicable regulations on data protection,

- That they carry out their intermediation work during working hours, in breach of their

obligations of confidentiality or with the company's IT resources,

- Unduly favouring the contracting of the MyMediaConnect platform in favour of alternatives that are better for the company.

5.2 RINO BLANCO will grant the rewards listed above to the Referral as long as he/she complies with these general conditions.

6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

RINO BLANCO is deeply committed to compliance with the rules of protection of personal data and ensures full compliance with the obligations laid down and the implementation of security measures provided for in the European Data Protection Regulation and Spanish legislation on data protection. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

RINO BLANCO is the owner or licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights included in the website and the content accessible through it, especially but not limited to, text, images, photographs, graphic design, navigation structure, information, source code, databases and any other content contained on the website. The services offered on the website do not imply any transfer of intellectual or industrial property rights over the website or said contents.

8. INDEPENDENCE OF THE CLAUSES

If any of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions is null and void or voidable, it shall be deemed not to have been included. Said declaration of nullity shall not invalidate the rest of the General Conditions, which shall remain in force and effective.

9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The validity, execution and interpretation of these Conditions of Use shall be governed in all aspects by Spanish law. In cases in which one of the contracting parties acts in the position of CONSUMER, the specific regulations for the Defence of Consumers and Users will be applicable. Consumers and users may resolve any dispute before the competent court according to their place of residence or the domicile of RINO BLANCO. In the event that it is RINO BLANCO who initiates legal action against a consumer, the courts of the jurisdiction of the domicile of the consumer shall have jurisdiction. In all cases of commercial contracts, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.

10. UPDATING THE TERMS OF USE

RINO BLANCO reserves the right to modify these general conditions. In any case, the modification of the privacy policy to adapt to new legislation or case law will be notified to users.
